Within five business days after you have submitted your members' names in the online membership registration system, the state office will prepare and email you an invoice for your state membership dues. Once you have received the invoice, submit payment and you are all set.
For the state dues invoice, your invoice will be emailed from Business Professionals of America Michigan Association <quickbooks@notification.intuit.com>. You may want to add this email address to your addressbook in order to reduce the changes of it being routed to your junk mail.
Do not be terribly concerned about the membership deadline dates in terms of payment because obviously you cannot pay your chapter's membership dues until you have received the invoice form our office. We are aware that you can't pay membership dues for an invoice that you have yet to receive.
