IMPORTANT:
You should watch the video entitled "Identifying Students who Advance from Preliminaries to Finals" as well.
*** If an event has a judge who did not complete all of the students' evaluations, the regional advisor needs to make every effort to reach out to the judge. If it's not possible to obtain said judge's score(s) AND if that event does NOT have more than one section (i.e., a preliminary and final round), then you may use the Disable feature in Judge Pro to disable that particular judge.
*** If a judge did not show up AND if that event does NOT have more than one section (i.e., a preliminary and final round), then you can use the Disable feature for that particular judge OR use the Copy Feature in Judge Pro. To use the “copy” feature, you will click the copy icon next to the area where you are copying to and select the score for the judge who did show. If a judge did not evaluate all of the students they were assigned, then none of their scores can be used.
