Open Event means the following:
- It is an 100% objective test
- Contestants do not have to sign up to compete in any of these events before the conference
- During the conference, any contestant can compete in as many of these events as they wish
- These events do not count towards the limit of the number of main events a contestant can enter
- Contestants are not allowed to use reference materials
